Marine Corps Reference Publication (MCRP) 3-05.3, Multi-Service Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures for Personnel Recovery, was signed 16 June 2026. This Air, Land, Sea, Space Application (ALSSA) publication establishes tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP) for recovering isolated personnel using conventional joint capabilities at the tactical level. This publication supersedes MCRP 3-05.3, dated 20 October 2022. This publication is releasable to Federal employees and contractors (FEDCON) only and is not available on the MCPEL website. 1.B. MCRP 3-40F.7, Multi-Service Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures for Tactical Convoy Operations, was approved 4 June 2026. This multi-Service publication establishes TTP to provide convoy commanders and supporting staffs a guide for training, planning, and executing convoy operations in a tactical environment. This publication supersedes MCRP 3-40F.6, dated 1 March 2021. This publication is releasable to Federal employees and contractors (FEDCON) only and is not available on the MCPEL website. 1.C. Marine Corps Tactics Publication (MCTP) 10-10D, Explosive Ordnance Disposal, was approved 1 June 2026. This publication provides the doctrinal foundation from which to understand, plan, and execute Marine Corps explosive ordnance disposal operations within the Fleet Marine Forces, supporting establishment, and Marine special operations. This publication supersedes MCTP 10-10D, MAGTF Explosive Ordnance Disposal, dated 14 November 2012, erratum dated 2 May 2016, and change 1 dated 4 April 2018. 1.D. MCRP 3-30C.1, MAGTF Rear Area Security, was approved 21 May 2026. This publication is intended for the MAGTF commander and staff responsible for executing rear area security. It is a foundational document that assists in planning, executing, and assessing rear area security. 1.E. MCTP 3-30C, Rear Operations, was approved 21 May 26. This publication assists in planning, executing, and assessing rear operations. This publication also provides assessment tools Marines can use to ensure effective, adaptable security measures that align with joint force objectives. 1.F. MCRP 12-10A.2, Winter Mountain Leader’s Guide to Mountain Warfare, was approved 11 May 2026. This publication is a reference for winter mountain leaders to use during operations in snow-covered terrain or a cold-weather environment. This publication supersedes MCRP 12-10A.2, Mountain Leader’s Guide to Winter Operations, dated 11 July 2013, erratum dated 2 May 2016, and change 1 dated 4 April 2018. 1.G. MCRP 10-10F.5, Multi-Service Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures for Expeditionary Forensics, was signed 30 April 2026. This Air, Land, Sea, Space Application (ALSSA) publication describes tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP) for planning and executing the six forensic functions in the Services. This publication supersedes MCRP 10-10F.5, dated 01 June 2023. This publication is releasable to Federal employees and contractors (FEDCON) only and is not available on the MCPEL website. 1.H. MCRP 5-10.1, Multi-Service Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures for Operation Assessment, was signed 10 April 2026. This ALSSA publication establishes techniques and procedures for staffs to better inform commanders of risks, resource requirements, and opportunities in order to improve operation effectiveness. This publication supersedes MCRP 5-10.1, dated 07 February 2020. 1.I. MCRP 3-20D.1, Multi-Service Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures for Strike Coordination and Reconnaissance (SCAR), was signed 10 March 2026. This ALSSA publication describes TTP for tactical level planning and execution of the SCAR mission and addresses operational considerations for effective application. SCAR interdiction assets include fixed-wing, rotary-wing, and surface-to-surface fires. This publication supersedes MCRP 3-20D.1, dated 31 January 2018.
