Reserve Affairs Manpower Management - Assignments (RAM-2) will visit designated geographic locations to conduct senior leader engagements (SLEs), provide informational briefs, and conduct interviews to discuss manpower planning and assist Active Reserve (AR) Marines in making well-informed career decisions. Reserve Component (RC) and Active Component (AC) Marines interested in learning more about the AR Program are encouraged to attend briefs and schedule monitor interviews. 2. RAM will execute four HQMC funded events (read in two columns): Geographic Locations Dates New Orleans, LA 7-11 December 2026 Fort Worth, TX 11-15 January 2027 Camp Pendleton, CA 25-29 January 2027 Camp Lejeune, NC 16-19 February 2027 2.a. SLEs: Engagements between RAM personnel, command leadership, and staff will be coordinated via separate correspondence (SEPCOR). 2.b. Briefs: Briefs will be provided to Unit Coordinators for dissemination within their commands. Marines are encouraged to view briefs for information on assignment processes, career progression within the AR program, and manpower programs and policies. 2.c. Monitor Interviews: Marines may schedule one-on-one interviews at a suitable date and time via the Microsoft Bookings application. Links to this application will be distributed by the assigned RAM Command Visit Coordinator via SEPCOR. 3. Support Requirements. 3.a. Following release of this message, commands will be contacted by a RAM Command Visit Coordinator. Commands shall assign a Unit Coordinator who will execute detailed planning with the assigned RAM Command Visit Coordinator. 3.b. Host commands shall provide facilities and communication assets to support SLEs and monitor interviews. 4. Requests for RAM Command Visits. 4.a. Unit Commanders and Inspector-Instructors outside of the listed geographic locations may request virtual or in-person monitor visits to conduct SLEs, interviews, and to energize retention actions in targeted primary military occupational specialties. RAM Command Visits outside of the listed locations will be funded by the requesting unit. 4.b. Requests for monitor visits should be submitted NLT 90 days prior to the first day of the requested visit. Visits may be requested on drill weekends to allow for increased engagement with Selected Marine Corps Reserve populations. Commands outside the identified locations will have a RAM Command Visit Coordinator identified in the response. 4.c. Command Visits should be requested through POC 2 Major Sean Herlihy. 5.
