This MARADMIN announces changes to reference (a) and (b) and extends Selective Retention Bonus (SRB) eligibility to primary military occupational specialty (PMOS) 0315 Scout. 2. Background. Reference (c) announced the creation, implementation guidance, and solicitation for qualified Marines for PMOS conversion to PMOS 0315 Scout. 3. Eligibility. E5 and below Marines with the current PMOS of 0311, 0315, 0331, 0341, or 0352 who have graduated from the Basic Scout Course (course identifier M030J14 or M100J15 and military service school code 0J1), or who possess the additional MOS of 0317 Scout Sniper are eligible for an immediate PMOS conversion with no additional MOS training requirements. 3.a. Marines submitting for reenlistment in the following PMOS and zone will receive the SRB amounts listed below as applicable upon reenlistment: (1) Zone A PMOS Eligibility: PMOS E3 E4 E5 0315 7,500 8,000 10,000 (2) Zone B PMOS Eligibility: PMOS E5 E6 & Above 0315 18,630 - 4. Kicker Modifications. 24 & 36-month Fleet Marine Force Infantry Kickers. In addition to the current PMOSs outlined in paragraphs 4.e. and 4.f. of Reference (a), PMOS 0315 is now eligible for the 24 and 36-month kicker. All other requirements remain. 5. Coordinating Instructions. The FY27 SRB Program statement of understanding is available for download from the Total Force Retention System and the Enlisted Retention Manpower page. References (a) through (f) contain amplifying instructions for the execution of enlisted bonus payments. 6. If SRB funds are obligated faster than currently planned or there is a change in retention requirements, HQMC will suspend or terminate the FY27 SRB Program as required prior to 30 September 2027. 7.
