This MARADMIN announces changes to paragraph (2) of MARADMIN 217/26. This message outlines changes to allow enlisted AR Staff Noncommissioned Officers (SNCOs), specifically grades E6 and E7, to attend Basic TFIST. AR SNCOs will obtain no more than fifty percent of course seats. For course registration, please contact POCs listed in this message. 2. Background. Education at the basic level of reserve integration is necessary to ensure understanding at the Advanced TFIST course. Questions related to these changes must be directed at the POCs listed on this MARADMIN. All instructions, details, and authorities specified in reference (a) remain the same. 3.
