To provide initial guidance regarding the expanded availability and integration of Maven Smart System (MSS) for the Marine Corps on all applicable networks. 1.b. This MARADMIN is effective 1 October 2026. 2. Background. 2.a. MSS is a government-owned, contractor-operated, commercial software platform containing Department of War (DoW)-owned data and interfaces that enable integration of strategic, operational, and tactical data to support all Joint functions. 2.b. As of 1 October 2026, the Marine Corps is licensed for unlimited access to MSS via all applicable networks for all commands and organizations. This enterprise licensing provides all assigned and attached personnel at any echelon within the specified commands the ability to gain MSS accounts within those domains they have authorized access. 3. Execution. 3.a. Commands are encouraged to designate an MSS implementation lead for their respective organizations and identify their counterparts at higher and subordinate echelons. Flag-level commands are requested to identify their designated MSS implementation lead/Office of Primary Responsibility (OPR) to Project Dynamis/TF Maven for on-going coordination and support. 3.b. More detailed instructions, including addressing MSS account creation, available training, workflow integration, user group management, and field service representative support are provided via a MARADMIN Addendum available as part of an AMHS message 091857Z Oct 26 (MAVEN SMART SYSTEM (MSS) IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE TO MARINE CORPS ON ALL NETWORKS (01 OCT 2026)) and at https://intelshare.intelink.gov/sites/USMC-MSS-COI. 3.c. Other guidance such as an updated MSS Implementation Plan will be published separately. 4. Applicability. 4.a. The Marine Corps Enterprise License provides unlimited MSS access for authorized users on all those applicable networks. Covered units are previously specified under reference (c), with the addition of Marine Forces Reserve Command. In cases where command relationships have changed or are not reflected with precision, the listing of a command conveys its inclusion. All subordinate echelons of a listed unit are included even if not fully enumerated there. 4.b. Fleet Marine Force (FMF) Headquarters as well as Functional and Geographic Marine Forces Command (MARFOR) Headquarters are provided with accounts through their associated Combatant Command Headquarters. Task Force Maven will continue to support FMF and MARFOR Headquarters implementation of MSS and alignment with overall Service-wide actions. 5. Release authorized by Lieutenant General J. A. Matos III, Headquarters Marine Corps, Deputy Commandant for Information.//
