The board, composed of five colonels and sixteen lieutenant colonels, considered the records of the eligible population and selected the officers listed below. Officers not yet career designated will be offered alternate career designation (CD) in accordance with reference (e), upon acceptance of orders. 4.d. Officers who previously declined career designation, may request to revert their career designation selections to accept through their appropriate PMOS monitor, NLT 10 days from the release of this MARADMIN. 4.e. Declinations. Only officers whose end of obligated service (EOS) ends prior to the report date to their specific program may decline orders. Officers who have accepted career designation and are currently serving their associated service obligation are not eligible to decline. Officers eligible to decline have 10 days from release of this MARADMIN to decline. Officers who declined the offer of CD in conjunction with this selection will execute their current EAS IAW MCO 1001.65A. Officers who elect to decline their selection are deemed as resigning in lieu of orders. Officers who resign in lieu of orders will exit the service NLT the last day of the month they were required to report to their future unit. 5. Selectees 5.a.
