The Fiscal Year 2026 (FY26) Artificial Intelligence (AI) Fellowship selection committee convened and selected two candidates to for DAF MIT Phantom Cohort V and five candidates for the USMC-NPS AI Fellowship Cohort II. 2. The board considered the records of all Marines who applied against their project submission impact, individual career progression, competitiveness, preferences of the applicant, and overall needs of the Marine Corps. 3. Selection Board Results. 3.a. DAF MIT Phantom Fellowship. The following officers were selected as Phantoms for DAF MIT Phantom Program in FY26 (read in two columns): Name MOS Habacivch, William 0202 Yin, Joshua 4402 3.b. USMC-NPS AI Fellowship.
